Markiplier

     Markiplier, also known as Mark Fischbach, is one of the biggest gaming channels on YouTube, as well as my personal favorite. I've seen many things written about Markiplier and his channel by people who are being paid to write a little about this guy. So I felt that it was time to talk in true depth about this amazing man.

     Mark's channel is mainly focused on him doing video game commentary, where he plays a video game by himself or with others and records his reaction to them. He is very humorous and makes the games even more fun to watch.  The games he plays also comes in wide ranges, making his channel appeal to more people. He has played silly games like Happy Wheels and Prop Hunt, Virtual Reality games like Dumpy Going Elephants and Job Simulator, and horror games like Five Nights At Freddy's and Slenderman. Basically, you can get all your gaming needs from this channel. Although, he will not play games that he does not want to, which makes me respect him even more.

     Even though Markiplier is a gaming channel, he has done other kind of videos which usually involve other channels and his friends. He has a not-so hidden talent of singing and has been featured in some of RandomEncounter's videos. He has a huge role in RandomEncounter's longest set of musicals, the Five Nights At Freddy's musicals. Where, especially in night two and four, you can see how amazing at singing he truly is. Mark has also done videos with people like Matthias, Team Edge, NinjaSexParty, Game Grumps, and Cyndago (R.I.P. Daniel <3). With these people, he usually plays silly games like try not to laugh and the whisper challenge, or challenges like Egg Roulette and the Watermelon Explosion Challenge. 

     Pewdiepie may be the king of YouTube and Jacksepticeye may be the king of Happy Wheels, but Mark is the king of two things; Squirrels and Five Nights At Freddy's. He was first the king of the squirrels when he uploaded a video in 2013 titled "King of the Squirrels" where he rubbed peanut butter on his face and ran through his yard shouting "I'm king of the squirrels!" There was also a second one of these videos that he posted soon after he got out of hospital saying that he will get better soon. Him being the king of Five Nights At Freddy's that he gave to himself when he completed FNAF 1. He pretty much loves the games and those videos have become some of his most viewed videos to this day.

     Mark may seem like a very happy guy, but his past hasn't been all the best. He grew up with divorced parents and his dad died of Cancer when he was eighteen. As of that sad time in his life, he has come very far as a person. He has started truly believing in himself, and makes it clear to all of his fans how important they are to him, and how he wants to make as big of a difference on this world as he possibly can by getting his fans to help him donate to charity once a month. Also, in almost every subscriber milestone video he's ever made, he has cried because he never thought that he could make that much of a difference on people in the world.

     One of the most important things about Mark in my eyes is that he is very down to earth and makes sure that his fans regularly know that he truly believes in you, and he thinks that everyone has the potential to be something amazing. "Be who you want to be, not what people expect you to be." - Mark Edward Fischbach. That is a true quote from one of Mark's videos. Here's one of his best quotes in my opinion. "You can do amazing things, and I know you can because I did it, and I'm a screw up. I've done stupid things and I'm just and idiot in front of a camera making silly voices and doing silly videos that hopefully people enjoy. And if I can do that, you can do even more. We, together, can do so much more." - Mark Edward Fischbach. He is truly an inspiration to many people and he has helped many of his fans get out of tough times, and know that he believes in them and they can do so much. 

     Markiplier is a silly, funny, entertaining, kind, caring, and soft person who has come farther in his life than he ever imagined. He makes two videos every day that he hopes will make someone smile. He is a very genuine person who truly believes in you and thinks you can do even more amazing things than he has. Even though most people outside of the gaming community haven't heard of him, he is a true hero and a very inspirational person who deserves so much.
